Material corrections and provider price changes should be visible, dated and attributable.

- Rebuilt the registry around official-source, effective-dated pricing schedules.
- Added GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra and Luna with short/long-context, batch, flex and fast tiers.
- Added Claude Sonnet 5 introductory and September 2026 standard schedules.
- Added Gemini 3.6 Flash, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite and current Gemini 2.5 rates.
- Replaced deprecated Mistral Medium 3 and Small 3 with current active models.
- Removed unsupported approximate fine-tuning presets.
- Corrected word/token guidance and labeled browser token counts as estimates.
- Separated full-context file tokens from generated output assumptions.
Future entries
Every material change should include the date discovered, effective date, affected model IDs, old value, new value and official source. Minor copy or UI changes do not need pricing entries.
